Portugal 2030

Portugal 2030 is how the Agência para o Desenvolvimento e Coesão publishes the calls of Portugal's EU-funded programmes - COMPETE, the regional programmes, the island programmes and the rest - with the fund, the objective, the planned window, the budget and the co-financing rate on each.

These are calls being prepared, not calls open today

Portugal publishes its pipeline: each entry is a call the managing authority intends to open, with a planned window and a planned budget, and the dates can move. That is worth more than it sounds. Knowing six weeks ahead that a call is coming is the difference between preparing an application and finding out about it a week before it closes - which is how most of them are found.

EU calls and national programmes

An EU call is published once, centrally, and is open to applicants across the member states. National and regional funding is published by each country instead, in its own register and its own language - the Förderdatenbank in Germany, the BDNS in Spain, Incentivi.gov.it in Italy, and so on. Most of the money a smaller company can realistically apply for is national or regional rather than EU wide, which is why the national registers are the larger part of this list.
