Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
The European Commission shut down its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer an EU ODR link to point you at.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect only arises from the moment we know of a specific infringement, and we remove such content immediately once we become aware of it.
Liability for links
Grantlark links to funding programmes and to the official catalogues that publish them, as well as to other external sites whose content we do not control. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. Linked pages were checked for obvious infringements at the time of linking; none were apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. We remove such links immediately once we become aware of an infringement.

The content and works we create on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any use beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent.
Funding programmes shown in Grantlark are public sector information published by the European Commission and by the national registers of Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. They remain the work of their publishers and we reproduce them to inform you about them. Each register sets its own terms and we follow them: Förderdatenbank text (BMWE) is licensed CC BY-ND 4.0 and is shown unchanged and attributed, Find a grant under the Open Government Licence v3.0, Incentivi.gov.it under CC BY 3.0 IT, and the Spanish register under its own legal notice. Two registers reserve their text, Förderpilot*in in Austria and Portugal 2030, so for those we store only the published facts and write our own summary, which the programme page says. Every programme links to the original, which is the version that governs.
