Base Aides-entreprises

Every French administration that runs an aid for business files it here - the State, the regions, the departements, the chambers of commerce and trades, and the EU money routed through them. That is what makes it a national register in the sense the Spanish BDNS is one, rather than a single agency publishing its own schemes: it is the list, not a list.

A scheme filed by a departement is still worth reading

French aid is unusually local. Roughly a third of the schemes name a region, a departement or a commune rather than the whole country, which is why a national search misses them and why they are the ones with the least competition. Grantlark keeps the territory each scheme names, so a company in Occitanie sees what Occitanie funds alongside what France funds.

EU calls and national programmes

An EU call is published once, centrally, and is open to applicants across the member states. National and regional funding is published by each country instead, in its own register and its own language - the Förderdatenbank in Germany, the BDNS in Spain, Incentivi.gov.it in Italy, and so on. Most of the money a smaller company can realistically apply for is national or regional rather than EU wide, which is why the national registers are the larger part of this list.
