Wenn Sie in einem bestehenden Wohngebäude Barrieren für ältere Menschen abbauen und den Schutz vor Einbruch verbessern oder auch eine barrierefrei umgebaute Immobilie kaufen möchten, können Sie unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen einen Kredit erhalten.
