Cos'è Esenzione dal pagamento dell’Imposta Regionale sulle Attività Produttive (IRAP). A chi si rivolge La misura è rivolta alle imprese industriali ed ai centri di ricerca che hanno insediato una loro attività produttiva in Valle d’Aosta nelle aree individuate con deliberazione della Giunta regionale di cui all'articolo 7, comma 2 della L. R. 15/2023 e i cui programmi di investimento e le domande di contributo siano stati valutati positivamente. Cosa prevede L'agevolazione consiste nell'esenzione dal pagamento dell'Imposta Regionale sulle Attività Produttive (IRAP), fermo restando l'obbligo di presentazione della dichiarazione IRAP. L’esenzione si applica all’anno d’imposta per il quale l’impresa industriale o il centro di ricerca ha partecipato al Bando pubblicato sul Portale Imprese della Regione Autonoma Valle d’Aosta reperibile al seguente link (https://imprese.regione.vda.it/bandi/bando-misure-per-gli-operatori-economici-insediati-nella-zona-franca-per-la-ricerca-e-lo-sviluppo-zfr-s) e i cui programmi di investimento e le domande di contributo siano stati valutati positivamente.
