Mit dem Schiffs- CIRR -Förderprogramm können Käufer von Schiffen über die finanzierende Bank einen Festsatzkredit auf Basis des CIRR -Zinssatzes erhalten (CIRR steht für " Commercial Interest Reference Rate "), der für die gesamte Kreditlaufzeit gilt.
