Wenn Sie in Brandenburg in stationäre Einrichtungen oder ambulante Angebote für Pflegebedürftige investieren, können Sie unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen ein Darlehen erhalten.
What the programme funds
Die Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg unterstützt Sie mit einem zinsgünstigen Darlehen, wenn Sie in stationäre Einrichtungen für Pflegebedürftige oder in gemeinschaftliche Wohnformen mit ambulanter Pflege und Betreuung investieren.
Sie erhalten das Darlehen für
- den Auf- und Ausbau von Tages-, Nacht- und Kurzzeitpflegeangeboten,
- den Neubau und Umbau von Anlagen für gemeinschaftliche Wohnformen mit ambulanter Pflege und Betreuung,
- Umbau- oder Anbaumaßnahmen in stationären Einrichtungen, damit dort fachliche Weiterentwicklungen zum Tragen kommen können,
- die Umsetzung brandschutztechnischer Auflagen oder für betriebsnotwendige bauliche und sinnvolle energetische Sanierungen in stationären Einrichtungen,
- Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen.
Sie bekommen ein Darlehen von EUR 50.000 im ambulanten und EUR 200.000 im stationären Bereich bis maximal EUR 2 Millionen, wenn Ihre Einrichtung im Investitionsprogramm Pflege (IVP) gefördert wird.

Antragsberechtigt sind Unternehmen mit mehrheitlich kommunalem Gesellschafterhintergrund sowie alle gemeinnützigen Organisationsformen einschließlich der Kirchen.
Die Förderung ist an folgende Bedingungen geknüpft:
