Wenn Sie den Neubau von Mietwohnungen, vor allem in Gebieten mit angespanntem Wohnungsmarkt, planen, können Sie unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen ein Darlehen mit Tilgungszuschuss erhalten.
What the programme funds
Die Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg fördert Ihre Neubauprojekte für Mietwohnungen durch ein Darlehen mit Tilgungszuschuss.
Sie erhalten die Förderung als Darlehen mit Tilgungszuschuss.
Die Höhe des Tilgungszuschusses beträgt 5,0 Prozent des Zusagebetrages nach Ablauf der Zinsbindung. Für die Errichtung eines Effizienzhaus-Standards 55 der KfW oder besser erhalten Sie einen Tilgungszuschuss von 7,5 Prozent.
Reichen Sie Ihren Antrag vor Beginn des Vorhabens bei der Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB) ein.

Antragsberechtigt sind
- kommunale Wohnungsunternehmen,
- Wohnungsgenossenschaften und
- private Investoren der Wohnungswirtschaft.
Die Förderung ist an folgende Bedingungen geknüpft:
- Sie müssen das gewährte Darlehen bankenüblich besichern. Der Darlehensverlauf muss störungsfrei verlaufen.
- Sie können eine Förderung aus diesem Programm mit anderen Förderungen und Brandenburg-Krediten kombinieren.

Reichen Sie Ihren Antrag für den erhöhten Tilgungszuschuss bis zum 31.12.2022 ein.
